How to Claim My Payout by Collecting Cash at a Bank Branch without a Bank Account?

We would like to inform you that the feature 'Collecting Cash at a Bank Branch without a Bank Account' will be terminated by the end of October. To continue using our cash-out service, we suggest verifying your Thai bank account with us.

 

 

It's fast and simple! Just provide the recipient's name, branch location, and ID card number (or passport ID) through the Cash Out, and we will send the cash as soon as possible (by the next business day, at the latest).

Here are the bank options for cash pickup:

  • Krungsri Bank
  • Bangkok Bank
  • Siam Commercial Bank

1. Click 'Cash Out' and then click 'Bank Cash Pickup'

2. Select the bank you would like to get your cash and enter the amount of bitcoin you would like to sell.

3. Provide the recipient's name, branch location, and ID card number (or passport ID)

After we confirm receipt of your Bitcoin, we will send you the 'pin code' to your email - for cash collection at your chosen bank branch.

Now, with the 'pin code' and your national ID card/passport, you can just walk-in to the bank branch of your choice and receive the cash. No bank account needed.

Condition of service
  • A recipient must show an ID card and a 'pin code' when asking to receive funds.
  • *important* The name of the receiver must match the name on the given national ID card/passport. 
  • Maximum withdrawal: 20,000 THB
Service hours
  • Monday-Friday during 8.30-15.30 hrs.
Benefits for customers
  • This service is a convenient way to receive money at all branches of the before-mentioned banks across the country.
  • The receiver is not required to have a bank account.
Fees
Krungsri Bank:
  • Transfer not over THB 10,000: THB 40 
  • Transfer of THB 10,001 – 20,000: THB 50

Bangkok Bank:

  • Transfer not over THB 10,000: THB 40 
  • Transfer of THB 10,001 – 20,000: THB 50

Siam Commercial Bank:

  • Transfer not over THB 10,000: THB 110 
  • Transfer of THB 10,001 – 20,000: THB 120
