It usually will be updated instantly if it's transferring to/from another coins.co.th wallet. Anyway, if it's an external wallet, it could take between 30 to 60 minutes for bitcoin transfers to be confirmed but you can see the incoming transaction in the 'Recent History' section. From time to time, lags do happen, which causes delays in your transfers from being confirmed. As a result, it takes more time than usual for incoming/outgoing transactions to be reflected on your coins.co.th dashboard.
Blockchain lags are rare. If you notice that your transfer has taken more than one hour and it still doesn't reflect your wallet balance, please send us an email at support@coins.co.th. We will check and assist you as soon as possible.
