1. Log in to Your Account
Go to Coins.co.th and click “Login.”
Enter your email address or phone number and password, then click “Login.”
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, enter the verification code from your Authy or Google Authenticator app.
Once logged in, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
Click on the “Deposit” menu.
3. Select PromptPay
From the list of deposit methods, choose “PromptPay.”
4. Enter Deposit Amount
Enter the amount of THB you would like to deposit, then click “Confirm.”
5. Complete the Payment
A QR code will be displayed on the screen.
- Save or screenshot the QR code
- Open your mobile banking application
- Select Scan QR / Pay via PromptPay
- Scan the QR code and complete the transfer
Important Notes
Normally, deposits made via QR PromptPay are processed and confirmed automatically as soon as the transfer is successful. However, if the transfer is successful but the transaction is not confirmed, it may be due to the following cases:
The source bank account used for the transfer has not been verified in the system.
Recommendation: Please make transfers from a bank account with the same full name as the one used for identity verification on Coins.co.th. Transfers from unverified bank accounts may require additional manual review, which can take longer than usual. Such transactions will be reviewed during business hours (10:00–18:00). If the transfer is made outside these hours, it will be reviewed on the next business day.
If the transfer is made from another person’s bank account, the transaction will be automatically rejected.
