- You agree to provide the information requested in this Suitability Test to Coins TH Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), in order to build a risk profile. You also acknowledge that this Suitability Test will be used for the benefit of your risk awareness and to be aligned with the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission for Digital Asset Businesses. You should carefully review the risk profile that this Test will generate for you and review risk warnings, prior to using the Company’s services and buying/ selling digital assets.
- Your risk level will be assessed only from information collected through this Test. Company may not utilise any third-party sources to build your risk profile.

Your decision to use the Company’s digital asset services depends on your independent decision, and shall not be bound by this Suitability Test result. In case to decide to invest in digital assets whose risk is higher than your Suitability Test Result, you agree that you are solely responsible for all risks arising from such decision. The Company, its officers, directors, employees and shareholders shall not be liable or responsible for any losses, damage or expense you suffer.
- The Suitability Test will require you to provide to the Company certain information. Your responses will be analyzed, and a result will be provided to you.
- In the case where the Company needs to get updated information for the suitability test and the user has not yet given the updated information within the specified period, the Company shall assume and use the information provided in the latest suitability test as current information which will be valid until the time the Company receives new suitability test data from the user.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, edit or change the Suitability Test questionnaire in order to assess your investment risk level and any relevant information without prior notice.
- You accept and acknowledge that the above information in the application and suitability test are true in all respects. You agree that the Company may share my information with other financial institutions or component authorities under all applicable laws, rules, regulations and notifications only. Moreover, I understand the term & conditions, and associate risks from investment which I mentioned in this test.
- You understand that you may be exposed to risks associated with or incidental to your preferred transaction activity/product, which risks you fully understand and voluntarily assume. You understand buying/ selling and/ or holding virtual currency is high risk. The price or value of digital assets can change rapidly, decrease, and potentially even fall to zero, and could cause large losses. You have carefully considered before purchasing or holding virtual currency, taking into consideration your financial circumstances. You have independently assessed whether buying / selling Digital Assets is appropriate for you.
- The Terms and Conditions are enforced in both Thai and English, which have equal legal force. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the User Agreement prepared in different languages, the respective provision in English shall prevail.
