Coins.co.th is Thailand's leading Bitcoin wallet, which makes money transfer frictionless and accessible to everyone. We also give primary attention to consumer protection and reduction of financial crimes.
While the company does not fall within the scope of the AML-CFT obligations in Thailand, the company has implemented systems and procedures that are closely aligned with Thailand’s AML legislation. This decision reflects the company's desire to prevent money laundering; in addition, these measures are in place to halt criminals in any form of financial misconduct.
According to the Coins' AML policy, there will be an incident where we will need to restrict your trading limit to 0. This means that you will still be able to transfer or receive Bitcoins in and out of your wallet, but you will be unable to buy or sell any Bitcoins with us.
In order to adjust your limit back to normal it is important for you to submit the Know Your Customer questionnaire (or KYC) and other supporting documents to support@coins.co.th. These papers, then will be checked by our designated officer.
Know Your Customer questionnaire can be downloaded at the link below and also will be sent to your email. Please ensure that you completely filled in the questionnaire and submitted all required documents.
Keep in mind that all these steps are essential not to give customer inconvenience, but rather to strengthen the customer protection against financial threats.
