Verifying your account is easy. Simply go to the Identity Verification page in the web browser by selecting Limits and Verifications from the drop-down menu in the upper left when logged into your account. From there, choose the next verification step to complete for your profile. Please note that it may take up to three business days for our team to process your verification.
Cash in and cash out limits are based on account verification level:

Level 0
Once you sign up and confirm your email address or mobile number, your account is at Level 0 by default. Your limits are at 0 THB per day.
If you did not receive your verification email or SMS upon signup, go to https://app.coins.co.th/en-th/login/ and click the resend link.
Level 1
Level 1 accounts have a cash-in and cash-out limit of 2,000,000 THB per day. To reach Level 1, you must complete ID and selfie verification and pass the knowledge Test and Suitability Test.

Level 2
Level 2 accounts have a cash-in and cash-out limit of 4,000,000 THB per day. To reach Level 2, you must have your account address verified.

Custom and Business
If you want your daily limits to be more than 4,000,000 THB, you can increase your limits by requesting Custom Limits or Business Verification.
Custom Limits can be requested for personal usage which exceeds 4,000,000 THB per day while Business Verification can be requested for enterprise usage or to change the account into a business account
